If your VetGun2 (silver) is out of warranty (older than 1 yr); and you wish to have it serviced & repaired, please purchase this product.

NOTE: we will only service & repair the Main Body Receiver, not all the other parts and accessories.

Upon receipt of this order and confirmed payment, we will email you a Fedex Label & Returned Goods Authority Form to complete. Please suitably protection package your faulty MAIN BODY RECEIVER ONLY (remove feeder tube & barrel) in a package no larger than 12"x10"x5" ; apply the Fedex Label received via email; and Fedex back to SmartVet. You can drop off at a Fedex collection point (eg: Wallgreens; Office Depot); or alternatively you can call Fedex on 1-800-463-3339 to arrange a pickup.

Upon receipt of your faulty gun, we will repair & service it within 3 working days; and Fedex return back to you.
